Job Duties (include but not limited to):

• Provide billable consulting support to achieve account objectives and production success: services may include: product installation and implementation, enhancement, integration, or audit to meet customer business requirements.

Human Resources Generalist, Brazil

Job Description:
The Human Resources Generalist, Brazil is responsible for maintaining Human Resources services that support employee needs and company objectives. Duties may include recruiting/staffing, training, employee relations, HR systems, special projects, etc. The HR Generalist may also perform duties involving pay and benefits. All these responsibilities will be performed under minimal to moderate supervision in support of HR programs in Brazil.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

• Assistance to all employees in Brazil 

• Weekly status reports to supervisor  

• Communicate job expectations and enforce policies and procedures

• Coach, counsel & discipline employees

• Completion of/Adherence to goals, objectives, and metrics as defined by supervisor

• Maintenance of HR data integrity in database & website

• Safeguard personnel records

• Conduct interviews and effectively recruit for the organization

• Work with MSTR account teams (Account Executives, Production Consulting, Channels, and Partners) to manage the technical sales cycle.  

• Provide technical sales support (e.g., product presentations, architecture reviews, answering RFP/RFI´s, application discussions, prototype development) for strategic accounts.

• Identify and qualify opportunities for product and services at new and existing customers.

• Ability to handle technical questions or issues that might arise during the sales cycle.

• Ensure customer satisfaction of target accounts within assigned geography.

• Provide weekly status updates on scheduling, pre- and post-sales account status, and other issues to VP & General Manager.

• Completion of technical and professional MSIU certification programs.

• Participate in recruiting efforts as required.
